Okay first off the fact that i live in Canada and I ordered this on Dec.28 and it arrived at my house WITHIN 24 hours ....impressive! I have a leather "book" cover for my kindle2 but I wanted something to protect it fully when I carry it in by hand bag and that I could fit accessories when I travel( my charger, light etc). The case is very well constructed with a layer of padding to protect my beloved Kindle bit not bulky. Zipper fully encloses and protects Kindle, fabric appears as though it would repel a coffee spill etc. If there is no leather book cover on Kindle it will slide into a little pocket to hold it in place BUT if you DO have a leather book cover on your Kindle it will sit in there nicely WITHOUT having to force/jimmy the zippers. There is a thin divider between Kindle and front cover of the case; I LOVE this bc then if you pack your light, charger etc. in the front inside pocket(s) they do not rest directly on your kindle! There a 2 pockets on the inside front cover that will easily hold a number of accessories and add very little bulk ... I think bc the pockets are on the inside. I am very pleased with my new case! 2 Thumbs up!
