Perfect to keep your kindle safe at a good price

After cracking the screen on my first Kindle (which Amazon so wonderfully replace for me for free), I knew I needed something to help me keep from making that same mistake again, but I really didn't need to spend $40 on some fashion statement. All I wanted was a simple cover that would keep my beloved Kindle safe.

This does the job perfectly. And I find it's easier to read now with the added shape and size of the cover, as it feels a bit more like reading a book and fits more naturally in my hand.

A great deal at $9.99.

The features: the good and the not so good.

1) It has Sturdy construction, (high-density neoprene case).

2) It is quite stylish with good color, stiching, edging, lining and material.

3) It is made to fit, hold and cover the front and back of the kindle.

4) It has a pen/pencil holder that the product description fails to mention.

5) It has a 3 year limited warranty.

1) If you use the pencil holder, it exposes the edges of the kindle just a very little. I manage to find a very small/thin collapsible pen to fit.

2) Inside it has two little corner pouches to hold the bottom of the kindle, and it has two elastics to hold the top corners of the kindle. There is a small problem with the pockets, the one on the right bottom covers the back button making it a little difficult using the back button. You can use it, just press a little harder. The elastic in the upper left corner, interferes with the on/off slider switch. It makes it a little harder to use the slider switch.

On a personal level, I wish it had a (kick) stand and a small pocket to hold a small note pad and a handle. I might get creative and make my own stand using a picture stand. I also am thinking of making a small pocket on the front, of like material. However, all in all this is a very good value for the Money.

The case fix good and it keeps my kindle from being damage and from being hurt if it fits the floor.
